Man Charged With Murder in the Fatal Shooting of Police Officer Jonathan Diller
Guy Rivera killed Officer Jonathan Diller during a traffic stop, the police said. Mr. Rivera was also charged with attempted murder for aiming his gun at a second officer, the authorities said.
